Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Megababe products, but if something isn't working out, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely tape it to your return package.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point. Keep your tracking number handy to monitor the return status.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
