What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Are Megababe products tested on animals?
No, we are proudly 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulas are developed with clean ingredients and are designed to be gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.
Do you offer international shipping?
